How long is the delivery time?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Free shipping is a 48-hour service, but you can upgrade to 24-hour tracked at checkout if you need it sooner.
My package never arrived.

I have my game but something is wrong.
If something’s missing, damaged, or not quite right, email Support@FactoryOfGames.co.uk so we can sort it asap. We’ll fix it quickly, whether that means a replacement, refund, or discount.
Can I cancel my purchase and return the item?

Encrypted
How many people can play Encrypted at the same time?
2 or more! You can play one-on-one or in teams. The more players, the louder (and funnier) it gets.
What is the right age range for Encrypted?
We recommend it for ages 16 and up.
There’s an 18+ category with adult humour, but most of the other cards are suitable for all players. The family edition is however for all ages, younger and older!
Encrypted can be perceived as too much or even vulgar!
That’s fair! The game includes an 18+ section made to push boundaries and get laughs. If that’s not your thing, you can simply leave those cards out. the rest of the game is just as fun.
