🚚 Free UK delivery from our Suffolk warehouse
Every order ships free to any UK address with Royal Mail Tracked 48. We pack and send your games from our warehouse in Suffolk.
Where we deliver
UK: free delivery to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Highlands and islands.
Europe: we also ship to Europe for a flat £20 per order, tracked. Import VAT or duties may apply depending on your country.
How fast?
- Same-day dispatch: orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
- Free delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48, a 48-hour delivery service once your order has been dispatched.
- Need it sooner? Choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for £1.50.
Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel it any time before it's dispatched. Once it's on its way, simply return it under our 100-day returns policy.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, or it arrives damaged or with something missing, email support@factoryofgames.co.uk with your order number (and a photo if anything is damaged). We'll look into it right away and send you a replacement or a refund.
