100-day return policy

You have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buying a Christmas present? The 100 days start when your order is delivered, so there's plenty of time after the holidays.

To be eligible for a return

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, with the plastic wrap intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number and email address as proof of purchase.

To start a return

  1. Email support@factoryofgames.co.uk with your order number. We'll reply with instructions within 1-3 business days.
  2. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Send your return to our returns address: Factory of Games Returns, Fulfillable Ltd, MIL1 2, Finchley House, Finchley Ave, Mildenhall, Bury Saint Edmunds IP28 7BG.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. You can choose whichever option is most convenient for you:

  • Prepaid return label (£4.49): we can provide a return label for £4.49. Just ask for one when you request your return.
  • Arrange it yourself: you are welcome to send the item back at your own cost using any carrier you prefer. We recommend a tracked service so you have proof of postage.

If your item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will not pay for return shipping.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. If it is, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@factoryofgames.co.uk.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery. Those rights are not affected.
